Armed with self-hate and fear I’d been carrying for lifetimes, my identity was based on the way I looked, people- pleasing and external validation to feed a soul that felt deeply flawed and broken.

With childhood trauma and early adult life struggles I internalised all the pain and numbed myself with alcohol, developed an eating disorder to control my feelings, and had self-punishing patterns that locked me in low self-esteem.

At rock bottom with depression, anxiety and ill-health, I had a premonition that I was going to die; however a ‘miraculous’ intervention stopped me from destroying myself further.

I have always been a healing influence in people’s lives from a young age. I have often been able to ‘know’ what to say and how to help guide people through their life challenges. It has been natural and instinctive to me. As an empath and intuitive, I have sensed other’s emotions and feelings.

But it was in my darkest moments with the first Dark Night of the Soul, that a colleague introduced me to a local healer. For the first times in years, hope began to enter back into my life. I started to meditate. My Twin Flame entered my life. Then one day mystical healing energy suddenly poured through me and I ‘knew’ my path was healing.

Around the year 2000, I started to download geometric-based shapes and symbols. I began to channel a system of healing connected to Draco Dragon and Dragon energies. No sooner would I receive symbols, I was guided to share them with others and teach them. As soon as I taught one level, more levels opened up, which evolved into a complete and unified system of healing. Since then, this system has grown to encompass hundreds of light codes and spiritual energy technologies to support on multi-levels as part of our shift to Higher consciousness. This system – the Draco Dragon Healing Symbols System™ – has been the base and foundation of my self- healing and self-empowerment and the Core Life Principles™ are the key elements.

As a Master Healer, Spiritual Teacher, and the principle Channel of this system, I share this work globally through various programs and sessions. Since this pioneering system operates by the Law of One, my focus over the past 3 decades has been seeding balance and anchoring unity consciousness.

Following the activation of my Souls purpose through this system, I have created other unique offerings to guide and support adults (mostly women), kids/teens, schools, organisations and businesses. I have developed various communities to spread awareness about energy healing, higher living, mental and emotional wellbeing, spiritual connection, personal growth, wellbeing, soul education, empowerment, and much more. This work has received global and local recognition through accolades and awards, with media presence and acknowledgements.

As the author of “Tools and Tricks for Tweens & Teens” empowerment & meditation workbook (2021), I am also co-author of two No. 1 Amazon bestsellers: “Shaken, Stirred But Not Deterred” (2022) and “My Voice Vol 3: Journeys of Self Discovery and Resilience (2021), through Global Influencers Publishing House.

In 2026, my work is focused on developing higher principles and Circles of Light through a new Community platform in this website. Here you will find new online programs, classes, meditations and offerings, plus a community of like-minded souls. This library of resources and soul education is intended to shift and rise all into higher consciousness.
